Jakob Dylan’s latest project is “Three Legs,” a collaboration with Neko Case and Kelly Hogan premiered at the Paste PureVolume party, helping to launch the SXSW festivities in Austin.
Of course, the harmonies were top-notch and with the addition of Neko’s band including Jon Rauhouse, Tom Ray and Paul Rigby it’s a beautiful and layered approach at Americana with mandolins, upright bass and steel guitar (thoughsadly there were no duets were either Neko or Kelly). Neko and company will be touring with Jakob on his upcoming 17-show tour.
